What the course covers
The programme is structured around key pillars of construction leadership, with a strong focus on real-world application. Participants are exposed to practical scenarios, including the integration of emerging technologies such as BIM and AI.
To obtain the certificate, participants must successfully complete three modules, comprising two compulsory core modules and one elective.
