The Monitor presents an assessment of the state of transformation of the construction industry, with a focus on the consulting engineering (or professional service providers) and contracting sectors. The Monitor draws largely on information obtained from the cidb Register of Contractors, the cidb Register of Projects and the Consulting Engineers South Africa (CESA) Bi- Annual Economic and Capacity Survey.
