The Infrastructure Delivery Management Systems toolkit provides a documented body of knowledge and set of processes that represent generally recognized best practices in the delivery and management of infrastructure. 

It is focused on the delivery and life cycle management of South African public sector infrastructure. The toolkit provides “how to” guidelines for infrastructure delivery management which are intended to provide processes necessary to deliver infrastructure, operate and maintain infrastructure, capacitate delivery managers and facilitate a uniform approach to infrastructure delivery management. The toolkit, when adhered to, will also assist departments in complying with applicable legislative requirements.
