Driving Excellence Across the Construction Industry
Theme: Unlocking Infrastructure Delivery: Advancing Performance Management and Accountability
The National Construction Summit 2026 brings South Africa’s construction and infrastructure community together at Emperors Palace, Kempton Park, on 1 and 2 December 2026. Join government, industry leaders, contractors, technology partners and built-environment professionals as they collaborate to accelerate infrastructure delivery and drive greater performance and accountability across the sector.
Building on the momentum created by the successful 2025 Summit, significant progress is already taking shape:
- The R300 million cidb-SEDFA Construction Fund has been launched.
- Construction Management Systems training is being rolled out across the provinces, targeting 1,000 contractors and 3,000 beneficiaries in 2026.
- The National BIM Committee has been established.
- Digital project tracking, social facilitation and client capacitation are advancing.
- New performance tools are being developed to strengthen delivery and accountability.
Minister of Public Works and Infrastructure, Dean Macpherson, will deliver the keynote address, sharing the progress achieved since NCS 2025 and setting the direction for the industry’s next chapter. Expect insightful plenary discussions and CPD-accredited commission sessions focused on turning shared priorities into practical, measurable action.
