cidb Certificate in Construction Management – Rustenburg Launch

The cidb is bringing the Certificate in Construction Management (CCM) to North West. Developed with the University of the Free State, the CCM is a Short Learning Programme and part of the cidb B.U.I.L.D. Programme. It helps Grade 2-6 contractors and construction professionals move beyond site-level delivery into strategic project, financial, procurement and operational management.
Hon. Elizabeth Mokua, MEC for Public Works and Roads in North West, will deliver the keynote address. Executive Mayor of Bojanala Platinum District Municipality, Cllr Suzan Nthangeni, will open the event. cidb CEO Mr Bongani Dladla will give an overview of the cidb B.U.I.L.D. Programme, and Dr Opeoluwa Akinradewo of the University of the Free State will introduce the CCM. The event will also celebrate the graduation of Construction Management Systems (CMS) Training participants, and cidb Board Chairperson Mr Khulile Nzo will close proceedings.
