Registration Service Payment
Payment for Any Registration Service
Pay for online services on eRoC. You may use any of the following methods to pay for your application:
- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
- EFT
- Or utilise funds owed to you by the cidb as available.
Does the cidb owe you money? Use your credit balance to pay for your application. Here are the steps:
- Step 1: From our homepage, log on to our online registration for contractors
- Step 2: Choose the type of application you want and follow the applicable steps
- Step 3: The system will create an online account for you and send the login details to your email address
- Step 4: Sign in with the login details
- Step 5: Enter the grade(s) that you are applying for
- Step 6: The total cost of your application will be displayed on the screen
- Step 7: Your credit balance will be displayed on the screen
- Step 8: Click on: “Make Payment”. The system will deduct the due payment from your credit.
- Step 9: Grade 1 applications will be activated and Grades 2 – 9 applications will be queued for consideration
If the funds that the cidb owes you are not sufficient to cover your transaction you can top up online. To top up:
- Step 1: From our homepage, log on to our online registration for contractors portal
- Step 2: Follow the applicable step-by-step process to apply for the service that you need
- Step 3: The total cost of your application will be displayed on the screen
- Step 4: Once you confirm your selection of works, the system will display the following payment information; “Current balance”, “Application amount due”, and “Amount payable now” and the only option will be “Make payment”
- Step 5: When you proceed, the system will take you to the cidb online payment portal where you can make the outstanding payment
- Step 6: Once the payment is made, your application will be activated
- Step 7: Alternatively, if you are not comfortable making an online payment, you can abandon your application to make a payment at the bank
- Step 8: Allow 2-3 days for the payment to reflect on the cidb system, then make another application
- Step 9: After confirming your application options, the system will prompt you to finalise the application
- Step 10: Grade 1 applications will be activated and Grades 2 – 9 applications will be queued for assessment
