The SME Business Conditions Survey measures contracting business conditions amongst cidb registered contractors in Grades 3 to 7. The Survey measures, amongst others, the business confidence, and construction activity, tendering competition, employment and labour constraints amongst cidb registered contractors at a provincial level and in various contractor grades. The SME Business Conditions Survey is undertaken by the Bureau for Economic Research (BER) for the cidb.
