Reporting to: CEO/ Board
Purpose: To ensure CIDB's compliance with relevant laws, statutory regulations and the execution of Board responsibilities are in the best interest of the company as the custodian of effective corporate governance.
Key responsibilities: Support the execution of Executive Committee and the Board responsibilities; Oversee cidb corporate governance; Oversee regulatory compliance; Manage CIDB's performance against "Code of Conduct"; Draft contractual negotiations; Ensure that all company secretarial documents are up to date; Strategic Planning; Risk and Financial Management; People Management.
Educational requirements: LLB degree / Bachelor of Law (NQF Level 8).
Experience: Minimum of three years as Company Secretary in a medium to large organisation. Seven years senior management experience in a corporate legal environment. Ten years of related corporate legal experience.
Registrations requirements: Legal Practice Council (LPC). Registration with Chartered Secretaries Southern Africa (CSSA) / Chartered Secretary (CIS) will be advantageous.

Reporting to: CHIEF CORPORATE SERVICES OFFICER
Purpose: To provide Strategic human resources management and support services to the cidb in a manner that will sustain the optimum utilization of the cidb's human resources.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Planning; Talent, recruitment, and selection; Training and development; Human Resources Compliance and administration; Performance management process; Labour relation services; Employee wellness and wellbeing; Manage and maintain stakeholder relationships; Risk and Financial Management and People Management.
Educational requirements: Relevant Post Graduate qualification. (NQF Level 8)
Experience: A minimum of eight years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
