JOB TITLE: DIRECTOR FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

DEPARTMENT: FINANCE

LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE (R1 192 103- R1 576 080 TCC)

GRADE: D UPPER

Reporting to:  Chief Financial Officer

Purpose: To manage the revenue, expenditure, and finances of the cidb to ensure financial viability, compliance & reporting.

Key Responsibilities:  Financial Management; Debt Management; Operational Planning; People Management; Reporting; Risk Management.

Educational requirements: Relevant Honours degree in commerce/ accounting/ or equivalent at NQF Level 8. Master's degree will be an added advantage.

Experience:  8 to 10 years related experience in financial accounting/ or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5 to 8 years' experience in financial planning, monitoring and reporting.

JOB TITLE: DIRECTOR STRATEGIC PLANNING, MONITORING AND EVALUATION

DEPARTMENT: OFFICE OF THE CEO

LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE

GRADE: D UPPER (R1 192 103- R1 576 080 TCC)

Reporting to:  Chief Executive Officer

Purpose: To strategically execute and evaluate performance according to set plans, timelines as well as budgets.

Key Responsibilities:  Strategic Planning; Development of Monitoring and Evaluation systems; Risk and Financial Management; People Management.

Educational requirements: Relevant Honours degree management, monitoring and evaluation, statistics equivalent at NQF Level 8 or training. Master's degree will be an added advantage.

Experience:  8 to 10 years related experience in designing, establishing, and managing monitoring and evaluation systems, performance-based programmes planning, monitoring and reporting.

JOB TITLE: FACILITIES MANAGER (1 YEAR FIXED- TERM CONTRACT)

DEPARTMENT: AUXILIARY SERVICES AND SUPPORT

LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE

GRADE: D1(R690 237 – R912 563 TCC)

Reporting to:  Manager Auxiliary services and Facilities.

Purpose: To manage the Facility Management Department's Business Support-, Technical- and Soft Services.  Resources available to this position highlighted in yellow below.

Key responsibilities: Operational Planning; Risk and Financial Management; People Management; Stakeholder Management; Contract Management; Manage Technical Services; Manage Soft Services; Manage Business Support Services.

Educational requirements: Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Facilities management /or equivalent at NQF Level 7.

Experience:  6 years related experience in facilities management.

Educational requirements: Relevant bachelor's degree in the Built Environment, certified as a Project Management Professional, /or equivalent at NQF Level 7. 

Experience: 8 years related experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment.

Reporting to:  Manager Human Resources Support

Purpose: To provide effective and efficient strategic human resources support services to line of business.

Key Responsibilities:  Strategic Partnering; Performance management; Employee Relations; Organisational Development; Learning and Development; Operational Support.

Educational requirements: Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/ Social Sciences or equivalent at NQF Level 7.

Experience:  5 to 7 years related experience as an HR generalist. 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role.

JOB TITLE: MANAGER REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

DEPARTMENT: CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY REGULATIONS

LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE

GRADE: D3 (R993 593 – R1 313 630 TCC)

Reporting to:  DIRECTOR INDUSTRY REGULATIONS

Purpose: To ensure that clients, contractors and departments are in full compliance with all national and international laws and regulations that pertain to the construction industry, professional standards, accepted business practices, and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:  Oversee Regulation; Oversee Compliance; Operational Planning; Risk and Financial Management; People Management.

Educational requirements: Relevant Law Degree at NQF 7. Honours degree will be an added advantage.

Experience: Minimum 6 years related experience in the public sector legislation compliance; risk management; construction and government procurement; 5+ year/s of experience in Construction Performance monitoring; 6 managerial experience.
