​Nonkululeko Sindane is Chief Executive Officer of engineering consulting firm UWP Consulting (Pty) Ltd. She previously served as a Director-General for the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development. She currently serves as a committee member of Black Business Council in the Built Environment (BBCBE) and is the Deputy Secretary General at South African Black African Technical and Allied Careers Organisation (SABTACO). Nonkululeko is an experienced leader who has held several directorships and trustee positions during her vast career.


​Mboniseni Dlamini has worked and occupied various operational and executive positions in the water sector.  Mboniseni has been a CEO of Magalies Water for a period of five years ending in September 2015. He is currently the Managing Director of Msinsi Holdings Company SOC, Ltd; a water resources and ecotourism management subsidiary company of Umgeni Water. Among others, he has the following qualifications: MSc (Microbiology); Masters in Business Administration and a Diploma in Company Direction.


Ms Bongekile Zulu is an attorney with more than 17 years experience in the legal field. Her main areas of experience include: corporate law; governance; public supply chain management; environmental law and overall business compliance in terms of the Companies Act. She is a CEDR accredited mediator and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) specialist, presiding over appeals and disputes in both the public and private sector. Ms Zulu also has Masters in Business Administration. She has held numerous leadership roles, and serves on several provincial and national boards, audit committees and ADR structures.


​Danny Masimene is an entrepreneur with over two decades experience. He is committed to the development and transformation of emerging contractors and has been actively involved with those industry's matters since 1998.  He was closely involved with the discussions at the Integrated Management Committee (IMC) which led to the industry concluding a Transformation Charter. Danny is the currently the deputy president of the Black Business Council in the Built Environment (BBCBE) and also chairs several sub-committees linked to transformation of the construction industry.


​Denzel Maduray's forte is project management with over 20 years of experience. He has completed many projects including consulting assignments, traditional construction and mega turnkey construction. He is registered with the Project Management Institute of the USA as a PMP®. Denzel was personally responsible for developing the project management processes for the 16 Gauteng Schools in the ASIDI project. He leads project and programme management at Aurecon's Sandton major office.


​Dr Natalie Skeepers has more than 19 years of experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance, specialising in the Occupational Health and Safety discipline. She is a member of several professional organisations and affiliations, both local and international. Natalie holds a PhD in Engineering Management from the University of Johannesburg, MSc in Health Safety and Environment, MPhil in HIV/AIDS Management from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia and Stellenbosch, respectively. She also serves on other boards, including the Rail Safety Regulator and Film and Publication Board.


​Tjiamogale Eric Manchidi is a construction project manager registered with the South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professions, where he has also served as the 4th term council's president. During his vast career, he has held several directorship positions both in the public and private sector, including serving as a Director: APOPS for the Department of Public Works.  Eric brings 22 years of interdisciplinary skills and experience in construction policy.


​Khuliso Kennedy Maimela is both an Academic and astute entrepreneur. He is a Faculty Sessional Lecturer at Wits Business School; Wits Enterprise and; Wits School of Governance. He is the CEO of Vari Holdings (Pty) Ltd and Managing Director of Vari Consulting (Pty)Ltd. He is the President of the South African Association of Public Administration and Management (SAAPAM). Kennedy is a Council member of the University of Venda and also serve as the Chairperson of the Human Resource Committee.


After leaving IBM SA to explore his entrepreneurial ambitions, Lufuno Nevhutalu started two successful information technology companies, one of which was bought by Computer Configuration Holdings (CCH) (Pty) Ltd, a listed entity. Lufuno subsequently became Executive Director of CCH managing 17 subsidiaries. He later founded Cornastone Holdings (Pty) Ltd, an IT company represented in South Africa and Namibia, where he is currently the Executive Chairman and Group CEO.  He is also a board member of SAP SA and serves as the Chairperson for Black Technology Empowerment Corporation and SysDBA.


​Malebo Matolong is an accomplished Civil Engineer with more than 18 years experience covering transportation consultancy services as well as leading complex infrastructure programmes. Her track record include senior executive roles and directorships in engineering firms. Malebo is a member of several professional organisations and affiliations, including the Engineering Council of South Africa. Her qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Project Management.


​Mpendulo Ndlazi has 15 years of experience in the construction industry. As the Managing Director of Eagle Ukhozi Civils (Pty) Ltd, he knows and understands the challenges that face contractors. He has experience in plant hire and dry bulk transportation (coal/ lime). Added to his extensive leadership experience, Mpendulo holds various construction related qualifications. He is a member of the Black Management Forum and Institute of Directors SA. 


​Sipho Mosai is a well-rounded business leader with vast management and leadership experience in various sectors including retail, property management, laboratory services, water and sanitation sectors.  He is  currently the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Rand Water. Among his areas of accountability are bulk water production and distribution, marketing and sales, scientific services, engineering and strategic asset management and bulk sanitation.  During his vast career, Sipho has held several leadership roles and sits on various boards, including being the chairman of Umzamo Analytical Services. He has published and presented a number of papers on water services locally and internationally. He holds a Masters degree in Microbiology and a     Masters degree in Business Management.


​Thuthuka Songelwa has over 15 years of experience in the built environment with record service on both small and mega projects in both the public and private sectors within various professions which include: health and safety, project management, quantity surveying and facilities management. She is registered professional, founder and managing member of BNTS Consulting Services, which is a multi-disciplinary built environment firm. She holds a B-Tech Quantity Surveying and MSc Project Management.
